Next Meeting...

The July 13 meeting will be held at Mellow Mushroom Fleming Island, 1800 Town Center Blvd., 32003.

Yes, we know that’s a long way for you to drive if you live at the Beaches, but a bunch of CASKers will be at Mike Piunno’s house in Orange Park judging and stewarding FCC entries all day, and we want to reward people who work hard for the klub.

Wow, we're already in our 6th year!
With each year, the First Coast Cup continues to improve. Last year's event and pub crawl ended with great reviews and we intend to keep improving on our recent sucess. With last year's event pushing over 575 entries, we have decided to continue to cap this year's entries at 600, so enter early.

This year's First Coast Cup will be held again at the Four Points by Sheraton Jacksonville on Baymeadows. Many of those who took last year's survey suggested that we have our event there again.

Similar to past years, we'll begin judging sessions around noon on Friday, July 26th and continue into the early evening or until that day's flights are completed. For those of you who will be coming in from out of town and want to judge, please notify us as early as you can so we can sort the flights accordingly.

In addition to the awards banquet, we have some fantastic activities planned for this year's First Coast Cup. Click the link above for additional information.

Don't forget about our "Big Wood" category for wood-aged beers with an original gravity of 1.070 or greater. Last year, Jack Griego (CASK) won with his "Fargin Scotch on Oak".

Also, if you would like to enter a Keg in our Annual Pre-Awards Keg Comp, we have a "Pros" (Professional Brewer) and a "Joes" (Homebrewer) competition. There will be an overall winner as well.
